Santi Abakaz is a food systems futurist and ecosystem builder advancing the future of food through bio-innovation, entrepreneurship, and cross-sector collaboration. As CEO and Co-Founder of TASTEBUD LAB, and Co-Founder of BIO BUDDY, he is building Southeast Asia’s Future Food Gateway by connecting global innovation, investment, and strategic partnerships across the emerging bioeconomy. He also founded the Future Food Network and Future Food Hub, and contributes to international dialogue with the World Bank Group and on stages such as APEC Forum, Agri-FoodTech Expo Asia, and the Future Food Leader Summit.
