The Fi Innovation Awards and Startup Innovation Challenge aim to encourage, honor and celebrate companies and professionals who invest in R&D, honoring and fostering innovation, not only for our industry, but also for the end consumer. It is the great meeting of all players in the F&B industry.
The awards are judged by a panel of C-level professionals and specialized researchers who are dedicated to the evolution of the food and beverage sector.

Who can enter
Companies from food, beverage, dietary supplement, and ingredient industries, under the following conditions:
- To have over 5 years of existence;
- The product/ingredient must already be authorised and marketed in Brazil (for ingredients, not necessarily yet sold);
- The launch date must be from 1 June 2024 to 30 July 2025;
- Each company may submit a maximum of three entries per category;
- Products/ingredients that have participated in previous editions of the Fi Awards will not be eligible for this edition;
- If the product incorporates different technologies and/or demonstrates the distinction of more than two ingredients in its formulation, it will be considered as two separate products.
Startups from food, beverage, dietary supplement, and ingredient industries, under the following conditions:
- To have less than 5 years of existence, considering the final registration date i.e. 20 June 2025. Companies that reach five years of existence on or after 20 June 2024 will not be eligible to compete as a Startup and must enter the Fi Innovation Awards instead.
- The product/ingredient must already be authorised and marketed (for ingredients, not necessarily yet sold) in Brazil;
- The launch date must be from 1 June 2024 to 30 July 2025;
- Each company may submit a maximum of three entries;
- Products/ingredients that have participated in previous editions of the StartUp Innovation Challenge will not be eligible for this edition;
- If the product incorporates different technologies and/or demonstrates the distinction of more than two ingredients in its formulation, it will be considered as two separate products.
