Renewal Mill is the next generation ingredients company upcycling byproducts from food manufacturing into high-quality ingredients and products. Through our proprietary technology, we transform former organic, high-fiber food byproduct streams into nutritious raw ingredients. Our first ingredient is organic okara flour, which is made from the soybean pulp leftover during soymilk production. Okara flour is organic, non-GMO, low-carb , and a natural replacement for refined all-purpose flour. With 6X the fiber and better taste than current alternative flours at 20% of the price, it's the perfect ingredient to craft 'better-for-you' products. While other alternative flours are designed for premium, high-end consumers, okara is the first superfood flour with price, taste, and use parity to all-purpose flour, enabling use in everyday foods, across food service and retail channels. We utilize okara flour to produce our own mass-market CPG products that are healthier and tastier than existing brands. We outsell competitive brands 6:1, and we're partnered with Cargill on an R&D pilot project at their global food center to expand applications for okara flour. Ultimately, Renewal Mill aims to create a new circular economy of food that reduces waste and delivers affordable nutrition and taste to those who need it most.
