Fi Europe 2026 takes place from 17 – 19 November at Messe Frankfurt, Ludwig-Erhard-Anlage 1, 60327 Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
- Visitor opening hours are 10:00–18:00 on 17th and 18th November, and 10:00–16:00 on 19th November. Some pass types may offer entry from 9:00; check your pass details before travelling.
*Please note that Priority and Premium visitor passes may enter the venue from 9:00 AM

Registered attendees receive access instructions when the platform is live. The app supports networking, meetings, digital badges and exhibitor lead capture.
Whether you need a visa depends on your nationality and circumstances. Before travelling, check the latest entry requirements for Germany on your government’s travel advice website. Once you’ve registered for Fi Europe, you can use the link in your confirmation email to request confirmation of participation. Exhibitors can also find the process in the exhibitor manual.
Then using your registration key, you can request a "confirmation of participation" - the link for this form can be found in the exhibitor manual or your confirmation email.
After this you can go ahead and apply for your visa.
Once your registration is confirmed and the event app has launched, your digital badge will be available in the app.

No, Fi Europe as of this year continues as an in-person event, enhanced by our digitally-enabled event.
There is however the possibility to participate in the digital event only.

Yes, it is always possible to upgrade later and in addition can purchase several sponsorship items increasing ROI as well. Please speak with your account manager.
Connections and meetings are a core element of a successful event experience.
- Connect, chat & video call with Attendees Browse the attendee list and use the filters to quickly find the most relevant attendees for you and your company. You can send connection requests and chat instantly. Once the connection request is accepted you will be able to video call through the platform outside of meeting times!
- Incoming Requests: Visitors can reach out to you directly to connect. They will be able to send your company or your team members meeting requests. All meetings incl their status can be viewed in your Exhibitor Center under “Meetings”. Please note we strongly advise you to not just wait for incoming requests but be proactive towards visitors.
- Suggested Matches: Our matchmaking engine uses the information you have entered on your profile when registering and makes suggestions of attendees that might be relevant to you. You can find these suggestions at the top of the attendee list.
- Other Networking Opportunities: Participate in the extensive content programme during the event where you can chat with other attendees and pose questions to the speakers.
Your main stand holder will need to register you directly via the Exhibitor Manual. Once they register you, you will receive an email with a link to your registration form, where you will need to complete some additional information. Once done you will be registered for the event.
Yes, you will be able to see the contact details of the attendee once you are a connection.
A connection is made by sending a connection request and the other person accepting it.

Yes. Visitors must be aged 16 or over. Nursing mothers are welcome to attend with their babies. A responsibility waiver must be completed at check-in, and a private room will be available on site.

By charging for tickets, we can allocate resources to improve key aspects such as venue quality, catering, entertainment, and overall event production. Moreover, paid entry often attracts a more invested audience, creating a more meaningful networking and learning experience for all participants.
