It works to secure proportionate legislation for the industry that does not limit innovation, by taking the argument for sports nutrition and the sector’s reputable brands to a wide variety of stakeholders, including the EU Commission, Parliament, anti-doping organisations and the media. ESSNA also works to improve consumer knowledge and education of the industry. Membership includes big international sport nutrition brands; smaller specialist companies; ingredients’ suppliers; sport nutrition publications; and national associations.
