    Some exhibitors, visitors and contractors will need a visa to enter Germany. If you require a visa we can provide you with a confirmation of participation once you have registered.

    If you are an exhibitor please register first via the Exhibitor Manual. Once registered, you will receive your registration key, which you can then use to request a confirmation of participation.

    Train
    Frankfurt is easily reachable by train through direct high-speed trains from cities like Berlin, Paris, and Brussels. The city's main station, Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof, connects to international routes, including the ICE, Thalys, and TGV. For best fares, book in advance through Deutsche Bahn.



    Air
    Frankfurt is served by Frankfurt Airport (FRA), one of Europe's busiest and most important air hubs, offering flights from numerous international and domestic locations. Airlines from around the globe, including major carriers and budget airlines, operate regular flights to Frankfurt, providing a range of options for travellers.

    Move around during Fi Europe

    The Frankfurt Card is a convenient and economical pass for tourists, offering unlimited public transport access and discounts at key attractions. Available for 1 or 2 days, it covers buses, trams, and trains within city limits. Purchase it online for a hassle-free exploration of Frankfurt.

  • Getting there from the airport 

    Alternatively, from the airport, you can catch the S-Bahn suburban trains S8 or S9 towards Hanau or Offenbach Ost to reach Frankfurt Central Station ("Hauptbahnhof"). From there, suburban trains S3, S4, S5, and S6 will directly transport you to the trade fair grounds at the “Frankfurt (Main) Messe” station.Traveling from Frankfurt Airport to the exhibition grounds by car or taxi takes about 15 minutes, arriving at either the City Entrance/Festhalle ("Eingang City/Festhalle").

Train

  • U-Bahn (underground train)

    Using the underground line 4 towards Bockenheimer Warte, it's just one stop to Festhalle/Messe. Here, you'll arrive at the City Entrance (Eingang City), the Festhalle, the Congress Center, and the Kap Europa congress center. Find out more about the transport card here.

  • S-Bahn (suburban train)

    There are four suburban train lines available: S3 towards Bad Soden, S4 towards Kronberg, S5 towards Bad Homburg/Friedrichsdorf, or S6 towards Friedberg/Gross Karben. Disembark at the second stop, Frankfurt (Main) Messe station, and proceed to the Torhaus entrance. Find out more about regional transport card here.

Taxi

  • You have the option to take a taxi straight to the City Entrance/Festhalle.

Car

  • Visitors and exhibitors are both permitted to park on P4 located above the exhibition hall. Visitors can purchase their parking permit onsite. Exhibitors please refer to your exhibitor manual for additional details and order your parking permit in advance.
