How it started
Food ingredients Europe has been uniting the world's leading food & beverage suppliers, buyers, R&D experts and production specialists since 1986.
Since its first edition in 1986 featuring just over 30 exhibiting companies, Fi Europe has evolved into the world’s leading platform for the F&B ingredients and solutions industry. The event brings 1,500 exhibitors showcasing food, health, natural, organic, petfood ingredients and solutions, and thousands of tastemakers from around the globe together.
While trends, technologies, and consumer demands have changed, one thing has remained constant - Fi Europe’s role as the home of food ingredients. It’s the platform where relationships are nurtured, game-changing innovations are unveiled, and business opportunities flourish.
