Prepare your visit!

*Important: Most international visitors require a visa to enter China. Don’t leave this too late – it takes time to arrange a visa. Please read this article to check your visa status. 

To apply for a visa to visit China, please follow these steps: 

  1.     Determine which type of visa you need: There are several types of visas available for visitors to China, including tourist visas, business visas, and student visas. You should determine which type of visa you need based on the purpose of your visit. 
  2.     Gather the required documents: You will need to provide certain documents when you apply for your visa, including a passport, a visa application form, and supporting documents such as proof of employment, financial statements, or a letter of invitation from us. 
  3.     Apply for your visa: You can apply for your visa at a Chinese embassy or consulate in your home country, or you can use a visa processing agency. We recommend that you apply for your visa at least 1-2 months in advance to ensure that you receive your visa in time for your trip.

After registration, you will receive a confirmation email. Please don't forget to check your spam box in case you haven't received a confirmation email.  

Send the screenshot of the confirmation email, together with the form with your information to [email protected]. We will help you to process the invitation letter.

Things to keep in mind when applying for a visa:   

  • Make sure that your passport is valid for at least six months beyond the date of your planned entry into China. 
  • Be prepared to provide detailed information about your travel plans, including your itinerary, accommodations, and proof of return or onward travel. 
  • If you are visiting China for business purposes, be aware that you may need additional documentation, such as a business invitation letter. Visa requirements and processing times may vary depending on your country of origin, so be sure to check with the Chinese embassy or consulate in your home country for the most up-to-date information.

2023, Hi & Fi Asia-China will once again take place at National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC), Shanghai. Totaling RMB 16 billion in investment, National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai) is a large exhibition center co-built by the Ministry of Commerce of China and Shanghai Municipal Government, with a total construction area of 1.47 million square meters, among which 1.27 million square meters are above ground.

By Metro:
Take Line 2 to East Xujing Station, where you will arrive directly at the exhibition venue. Please use exit 4,5 or 6.

By Taxi:
