Conveniently located in central Bangkok, Queen Sirikit National Convention Center is easily accessible by BTS Skytrain, MRT Subway, taxi, bus and car.
Suvarnabhumi International Airport is a 45-minute drive from QSNCC, or can be reached via Airport Rail Link through mass transit connections from QSNCC’s MRT Subway station.

Take the BTS Skytrain to Asok interchange station, then catch the subway to MRT Queen Sirikit National Convention Center station. Follow exit no. 3 to the Center.

MRT Queen Sirikit National Convention Center station is right in front of the Center, reached by following exit no. 3.
- Individuals below 18 years of age are not allowed inside the exhibition hall.
- Students from relevant food and beverage industries with valid institute ID will be allowed entry on the last day (September 19, 2025), starting at 2:00 pm.
- The organisers reserve the right to allow admission.
- The organisers reserve the right to check all attendees at all entrances for security reasons.
- Entrance badges must be worn at all times during your stay inside the exhibition hall.
- The badge is not valid for entry if it is torn or disfigured.
- Cameras, bottles, cans or tins are not allowed inside the exhibition hall.
- Food and beverages are not permitted to be taken inside the exhibition hall.
- Photography & videography without prior written permission from the organisers is strictly prohibited.
- The organisers are not liable for any loss or theft of valuables and personal belongings.
- The consumption of banned substances is strictly prohibited inside the exhibition hall.
- All attendees must comply with local Thai regulations and QSNCC venue policies.
- Professional conduct is expected at all times during the event.

Fi Asia Thailand 2027 is expecting over 23,000 attendees
Yes, it is always possible to upgrade later and in addition can purchase several sponsorship items increasing ROI as well. Please speak with your account manager.
Your main stand holder will need to register you directly via the Exhibitor Manual. Once they register you, you will receive an email with a link to your registration form, where you will need to complete some additional information. Once done you will be registered for the event.

No, visitors can attend the event for free.
Individuals below 18 years of age are not allowed inside the exhibition hall.
As of 1 January 2025, Thailand has introduced a simplified e-Visa system for travelers worldwide. Here’s what you need to know.
E-Visa System
- All international visitors can now apply for an e-Visa online via www.thaievisa.go.th.
Passport Validity
- Ensure that your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your intended stay in Thailand.
Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA)
- Starting June 2025, travelers entering Thailand under the visa exemption scheme will need to register through the Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) system.
We recommend applying for your e-Visa well in advance of the event to ensure a smooth travel experience.
