We advise you to book your hotel as soon as possible in order to secure a hotel near the venue and to get the best rates possible.

Check visa requirements
All overseas trade visitors and exhibitors to Fi Asia Indonesia 2028 are required to process and obtain the right visa to enter Indonesia and attend the trade show.
Overseas Exhibitors
For overseas exhibitors, a C11 visa is required. A generic tourist visa will not suffice, and regular checks may be carried out at the event by authorities, and offenders may be charged. Please refer to the EEC Form S06 – Visa Invitation to apply for a Visa Invitation Letter.

Overseas Visitors
To ensure you have the right visa to join as a visitor to the trade show, please visit: https://evisa.imigrasi.go.id/.
We are pleased to provide a visa support letter upon request. Simply register for the event and click the letter request link in the confirmation email.
Please note that this letter is intended to facilitate your visa application process and does not guarantee visa approval.
