We produce Whey Protein Concentrate in two plants. The plant in Lidzbark Warmiński is one of the largest and most modern dairy plants in Europe. The processing capacity is 3 million liters of whey per day. Production capacity – 700 tons per month of WPC80.
Feautures of Whey Protein Concentrate:
-The meat industry uses the properties of whey proteins: water absorption and binding, gelation, elasticity, emulsification and fat absorption, improvement of taste and texture.
-Bread is not a source of complete protein, so it is increasingly enriched with ingredients that improve its nutritional value.
-Production of ice cream (increasing protein from 3% to even 12%), yogurts, desserts, milk drinks.
-Bakery: cakes, improves structure, maintains good taste and appropriate water level. You can increase the protein to 15%.
- Anticancer effect (presence of lactoferrin, methionine, cysteine), regeneration, supporting treatment
