The principle of antiseptic preservation:Learning by experiment,most of bread will mildew at normal temperature 2—3 days long. Our bakery master is especially used as preservatives for bread.With patented micro capsule technique, we mingle various food ingredients(potassium sorbate, sodium sorbate, sorbic acid and citric acid etc) as key raw materials according to the scientific com-pounding fully and stir well, then coated. When using, adding our bakery master and bread raw materials together into the production process.
