Date & Location

Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC) is located in Pudong New Area of Shanghai and easily accessible using many means of transport.The public traffic interchange named “Longyang Road Station” for buses, metro lines and maglev, stands around 600 meters apart from SNIEC. It takes about 10 minutes to walk from the “Longyang Road Station” to the fairground. In addition, Metro Line 7 is direct to SNIEC at Hua Mu Road Station whose exit 2 is close to Hall W5 of SNIEC.

Event Registration

After registering on our website you will receive a confirmation email with your badge confirmation. You can use this to pick up your physical badge onsite.

Registration for the show is free. You can register online for the 2022 edition here.

For reasons of Health & Safety, children under 18 are not permitted into the halls during build-up, breakdown and exhibition hours. 

Please ensure that you do not bring a child under the age of 18 to the event site, as we have a legal obligation to turn both you and the child away. If the young person might reasonably be considered to look under the age of 18, we recommend that strong photo-ID (e.g. passport) is brought to the event with them. Unfortunately, if our Security of Floor Managers cannot successfully establish their age, they will be turned away together with the guardian with them at the time.


No, we don't have any cloakroom factilies at the venue. However, we would suggest you to book a hotel near Shanghai New International Expo Centre SNIEC, so that you do not need to carry around luggage. 

There is limited wifi at the venue. If you are arriving from abroad, we would advise you to pick up a Chinese sim card when you arrive in Shanghai airport. These will allow you to be connected at all times.

Yes, there are a wide range of catering facilities available at the venue.

We will have a business matchmaking tool available for those attending the event, and those who are not able to attend due to travel restrictions. Please ensure you pre-register for the event, and we will then share with you the information regarding matchmaking once it is live.

At Hi & Fi Asia-China, we are constantly monitoring the situation, and following government guidelines and recommendations. The safety of our customers and staff remains our top priority. The event has been postponed from June to November 8-10 and at the current moment, Hi & Fi Asia-China, together with co-located events will be held at Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC). We will of course continue to track the situation and implement any instructions from the local authorities and WHO. We will keep you informed should anything change. In the meanwhile, stay safe, stay healthy! 

No, this show does not have a mobile app. All updates for the event will be available on the website.

Your health and safety are always our top priority. For this, we will take several measures, such as devices for measuring temperature, identy card verification for making sure no case would enter into, protective appliances including handwash, mask etc.

We would advise you to book a hotel in close proximity of SNIEC, Shanghai. We have another of suggestions available on our website. Please check with your local governement with the current travel situation for flying to China, before booking flights and beginning the visa process.
