India welcomes people from all over the world but the processing of visas can take some time. We strongly recommend organising your visa well in advance of the event. And please note that ALL international visitors must hold a passport valid for at least 6 months.
If you do require a visa, you may need a 'letter of participation' as part of your application process. To receive this, fill in the visa application form and invitation letter and then send these to Mr. Farhath Ullah at [email protected]

3 Apply for your visa when you receive your invitation
