    Check visa requirements

    India welcomes people from all over the world but the processing of visas can take some time. We strongly recommend organising your visa well in advance of the event. And please note that ALL international visitors must hold a passport valid for at least 6 months.

     

    If you do require a visa, you may need a 'letter of participation' as part of your application process. To receive this, fill in the visa application form and invitation letter and then send your passport copy to Yash Kamble at yash.kamble@informa.com.

View directions and venue details on the BIEC website. Bengaluru International Exhibition Centre (BIEC) is located on Tumkur Road (NH 75) and is easily accessible by road from all parts of the city.

Metro

BIEC is conveniently connected via Bengaluru's Namma Metro Green Line. The nearest metro station is Madavara Metro Station, located a short distance from the venue, with easy access via cab or auto-rickshaw.

Train

Bengaluru is served by major railway stations, including KSR Bengaluru City Junction (Majestic) and Yeshwantpur Junction, both of which offer convenient connectivity to BIEC via metro, taxi or cab services.

Air

Kempegowda International Airport (BLR) is Bengaluru's international airport and is well connected to destinations across India and around the world.
