If you purchase an Expo Hall Pass, all education sessions require separate registration. If you purchase an Education Pick 3 Pass,
you are able to pick 3 education sessions that are included in your registration price. If you purchase the Global Pass, all education sessions are included.
If you are not able to attend in person, we offer a Virtual Pass that grants access to all education sessions livestreamed and on demand
on SupplySide Network 365. There is also a Virtual Pass Upgrade option that you can add on to your Expo Hall pass to gain access to all education sessions following the event on-demand on SupplySide Network 365. Check our package options and pricing page for more information.
No one under the age of 18 is allowed on the show floor without direct adult supervision at all times. There must be one accompanying
adult 18 years of age or older per child. No strollers are allowed on the show floor at any time. At no time are persons under the age of 18 allowed on the show floor during move-in and move-out – even if supervised. This policy is strictly enforced.
All children, regardless of age, require a badge and the completion of a wavier form. If not pre-registered, they must register on-site.
Children are not charged a registration fee. Children under the age of 18 are not permitted to attend sessions in classrooms. This can be disruptive to other attendees, the speaker(s) and the recording of the class.

The Fi North America & SupplySide West team has been proactively monitoring the current status of COVID-19 and seeking guidance from
public health authorities, Mandalay Bay, and the city of Las Vegas, NV. SupplySide West is going ahead as planned with increased precautions and we are working diligently behind the scenes to deliver an impactful and engaging event this October/ November.
To ensure your early commitment is hassle-free, all attendees taking advantage of Early Bird Registration will receive a 100% refund if for
any reason you need to cancel, no questions asked. All cancellation requests should be submitted in writing to [email protected].100% refunds are applicable for those who register on or before September 8, 2022. Registrations after September 8th will incur a $35 administration fee. No refunds will be issued after October 26, 2022.

The company handling hotel reservations is onPeak. They provide discounted rooms close to the exposition center. This service guarantees you a set rate and also puts you in a hotel within walking distance to the expo center. Our 2022 Hotel information is not available yet. Please check back in 2022 for the most up-to-date hotel information.
To request a visa letter you must first register to attend SupplySide West. During your registration you can request a visa letter that, upon registration approval, will be available for download in your registration dashboard. If you have any questions regarding your visa letter, click here.
Make sure you register for SupplySide Network 365, which will serve as the official mobile app of SupplySide West, and will also enable you to build connections, learn about innovations and trends within our industry and connect with the SupplySide community year-round.
After completing your SupplySide Network 365 registration, you will receive an email from [email protected] with the subject line “[Action Required] Here’s your profile activation link!” Open that email and click the “Get Started” button which will
prompt you to set up a password to log-in.

An account manager can be contacted directly to assist you with booth selection; or you may fill out an application and exhibit space contract and return it with a deposit to our offices immediately following the current show.
