The Exhibitor Console is a one stop console includes: account information, booth listing, badges, housing and the Exhibitor Service Kit (ESK). For login details contact [email protected].

The Exhibitor Service Kit, also known as the ESK is your one stop guide to Show and Booth Rules and Regulations, shipping and move-in information, ordering carpet, furniture,booth services, etc. for your booth. The Exhibitor Service Kit is available at least 5 months prior to the show. For more information click here.

The company handling hotel reservations is onPeak. They provide discounted rooms close to the exposition center. This service guarantees you a set rate and also puts you in a hotel within walking distance to the expo center. Our 2023 Hotel information is not available yet. Please check back in 2023 for the most up-to-date hotel information.

To request a visa letter you must first register to attend SupplySide West. During your registration you can request a visa letter that, upon registration approval, will be available for download in your registration dashboard. If you have any questions regarding your visa letter, click here.

Exhibiting and Sponsorship FAQs

An account manager can be contacted directly to assist you with booth selection; or you may fill out an application and exhibit space contract and return it with a deposit to our offices immediately following the current show.
