Your feedback is important to us!

Following Fi Europe CONNECT, we’ve taken your feedback seriously and implemented many changes to improve our virtual offering for Fi Global CONNECT

Managing contacts, leads and meeting requests should be improved in a way to filter out by country, business type and the sector as well as profiles.

✔ All exhibitors are now granted exclusive access to the attendee list enabling them to search through attendees byusing filters or keywords. 

Meetings should be improved in terms of planning, pre-scheduling, managing calendar, reminders, screen sharing feature and longer duration option in a more user-friendly way.

✔ Meetings can be exported into your own calendar to help with scheduling. Reminders are sent both through platform notifications and also to your email. The length of the meetings has been increased to 30 minutes.

✔ Each exhibitor can easily accept, decline and coordinate meetings within their team and directly reassign to another team member through their exhibitor center access.

✔ Exhibitors can chat and video call with their connections made outside of meetings.

✔ Meetings can be pre-arranged starting 2 weeks before the event.

There should be more detailed information about the leads when exporting the contacts.

✔ Once connected with an attendee, the contact information is shown on their profile.

✔ As an exhibitor, you will be able to export a list with all your team’s connections including GDPR compliant contact details.  

Level of engagement of attendees during the event should be increased with better complete profiles & response times.

✔ With a new registration process in place, we can ensure visitor profiles are completed – this helps you find the right attendees with ease.

✔ Direct chat is now available allowing
you to reach out to relevant attendees straight away.

✔You can now see all attendees currently online in the attendee list – reach out to them via chat directly.

There should be more analytical insight providing tools and advertisement opportunities for the exhibitors to advertise the event.

✔ Use your exhibitor tool, Feathr, to promote your attendance at the event and invite your clients to meet you there!

Improve the overall quality of the experience at the exhibitor center with better access and collaboration.

✔ Each exhibitor has access to their own exhibitor centre where all profile information including products and documents can be easily updated and managed.

✔ Companies can be linked together by the Informa team which will show in each profile involved in the umbrella within the event.
