From Fi Vietnam 2018 onward, the scientific conference in conjunction with the international exhibition shall be structured under the new framework called “Ingredients for Innovations Conference”, aka IFIC. VAFoST continues to be the organizer of this conference, with the support from UBM, and a scientific committee that includes FIFSTA and IUFoST scientists. This bi-annual conference serves as a platform to discuss food product innovations with the latest developments in food ingredients.
