The Sensory Box

Sensory evaluation is a scientific discipline that analyses and measures human’s responses to the composition of food and drinks e.g appearance, touch, odour, texture, temperature and taste.

The Sensory Box was introduced for the first time in 2017 and has proven to be a very popular edition to the event. The event is endorsed by DSS (Department of Science services).

The experience will include a mixture of presentations and tasting opportunities.
