Properties:White crystalline or powder in appearance.

Application:Mainly used in meat and seafood processing as a water retention agent, a stabilizer for natural pigments and to prevent fat corruption. It can also be used as a pH modifier ,an emulsifier, a quality improver agent in dough and as a nutrient supplement.

In meat processing:used as water retention ,acidity regulator, stabilizer and quality improver.

In seafood processing:used as a water retention agent. 

In Dairy and Cheese:used as stabilize, emulsifier,antioxidant, chelating agent, buffer, ant-oxidant, flavoring agent.

In beverage :used as color improver, quality improver, acid regulator, antioxidant.

In bakery: used as leaving agent, nutritional supplement, quality modifier, anti-caking agent, pH modifier and buffer agent.

Packaging and storage: In 25kg/ bag. Store in a cool,dry, well-ventilated area away from toxic and hazardous chemicals.
