FiE Official Conference 2013 was a huge succes!
The Official FiE Conference was held right next to the show floor and is held only once every 2 years. This year's enhanced programme offered you a choice of 20 conference modules and 3 master classes which focused on only the hottest topics in the F&B industry – from top trends and leadership to functional ingredients, natural sessions, reformulation, innovation and more! Some 350 delegates attended this year with a line-up of speakers from manufacturing companies like Nestlé, Mars, Almarai and Quorn Foods, research organisations, regulatory bodies and academic institutions.
Delegates have described the event as ‘a must attend event for food industry professionals', ‘great experience and very valuable information', ‘new knowledge, interesting' and ‘impressive, well represented'.
